Every child brings a different mix of interests, strengths and sensitivities. As a parent, you may wonder how to encourage those talents, which learning environments suit them, or why an approach that works for one child feels difficult for another.

The Kids and Teens Blueprint uses your child's BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu charts as a starting point for a thoughtful conversation about their development. Tiffany combines her chart interpretation with the practical perspective of more than twenty years of teaching, helping you consider how to support the child in front of you.

What the consultation explores

• Natural talents and interests. Strengths to notice, encourage and give room to develop.
• Learning and motivation. Ways of approaching study, different responses to structure, and what may help your child stay engaged.
• Communication and emotional needs. How to understand their responses and approach conversations with greater sensitivity.
• Subjects and educational pathways. Areas worth exploring alongside their interests, school experience and developing abilities.
• Developmental timing. Periods that may call for encouragement, patience or a change in approach.
• Future possibilities. Early career interests and directions to explore as your child grows.

Helping your child grow in their own way

The aim is to help you see your child's possibilities more clearly. Interests and abilities develop through experience, encouragement and opportunity, and your child's own voice remains an essential part of the conversation.

You leave with ideas to reflect on and apply at home, from how you offer encouragement to the activities or subjects you might explore together.

A private consultation for parents

This service is for children and teenagers aged 2 to 18. The two-hour consultation is held with you as the parent, in Clementi or online, with time to discuss your questions and current observations.

Afterwards, you receive a personalised 15 to 20 page report, bringing together the interpretation and recommendations for future reference. When you book for two children, each consultation is 20% off.

This reading offers an additional perspective on your child's development. It does not replace educational, psychological or medical assessment.
